The 8th ÁGORA Conference  Science and Society | Telecommunications and Habits amongst Youth

On the 15th of May, at 15.30, Universidade de Lisboa (ULisboa) will be hosting the eighth session of the "ÁGORA – SCIENCE AND SOCIETY" Conference Cycle entitled "Telecommunications and Habits amongst Youth", in the Auditorium of the Instituto para a Investigação Interdisciplinar (3Is).

The speakers include  Ana Nunes de Almeida, a researcher at the Instituto de Ciências Sociais da Universidade de Lisboa, and   Carlos Salema, a retired professor from the Instituto Superior Técnico da Universidade de Lisboa. The debate between the two will be moderated by the journalist Maria Flor Pedroso.

The objective of the "ÁGORA – SCIENCE AND SOCIETY" Conference Cycle is to invite all those interested to " look at the world together and with the help of national leading figures, discover the challenges presented by the new activity of research, development and innovation". 

This conference will be streamed live on the site of Ulisboa, from 15.30 onwards.
