Revision of the classification and funding attributed by FCT to the ISEG Research Centres

Following the appeal lodged by the ISEG Research Centres regarding the evaluation carried out by FCT in 2014, it is with great pleasure that we hereby inform that following results of the revised classification and funding allocated by FCT to two of the three ISEG Research Centres:

CSG has now been classified as "Excellent" and CEMAPRE as "Very Good". UECE, although still maintaining its "Very Good" qualitative classification, also had its rating improved.

Currently there are 
292 R&D Units in Portugal registered by FCT, originating from various areas of knowledge and different universities, or resulting from partnerships with universities or operating independently.
