Final Year students will soon be entering the job market! For certain they will experience radical change and go through a challenging period of great uncertainty, which should be faced with courage and proactivity.
Aware of how import it is to have someone to guide one through this critical phase of life, Alumni Económicas – the ISEG Alumni Association – has decided to relaunch the Mentoring Programme, to enable you: Final Year students, Undergraduate and Masters students, and recent graduates from ISEG to have as your Mentor an ISEG alumnus who graduated more than 5 years ago, who will guide you in a continuous and very personal way during the process of integration into the job market.
Through this programme, you’ll benefit from the opportunity to learn directly from those who have already attained a high level professionally and who are generously willing to share their time and knowledge to support you through the process of your personal and professional development.
“A mentor is not someone who walks ahead of us to show us how they did it. A mentor walks alongside us to show us what we can do.”, Simon Sinek
If you haven’t enrolled yet, then take advantage of this new enrolment phase, by the deadline of the 27th of September.
Any of the following can enrol as a Mentee:
- Final Year Undergraduate students (enrolled for their 3rd Year during the 21/22 Academic Year)
- Masters and Postgraduate students
- ISEG Alumni with less than 5 years professional experience
Make use of this unique opportunity to be part of a group of leaders who want to share, learn, and grow in an environment of excellence, rigour, relaxation, and friendship.
If you want to have a mentor, read the Programme Presentation document, enrol yourself for the Clarification Session – which takes place on the 23rd of September, via Zoom, at 16.00, and reserve your place on the Programme.
