(Re)visiting core HR practices and employment relations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-6 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<p><strong>The Conference format<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Conference will be held on the <strong>4-5<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;of March 2027<\/strong> keeping its last edition<strong> hybrid format,<\/strong> which allows the attendants to join us in Lisbon or participate remotely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Conference will have two streams: one in Portuguese and another in English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are planning to run the conference as a physical event with the option for participants to join virtually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nevertheless, by now we invite everyone to attend in person the 6th International Conference in Human Resource Management, 2027 at ISEG, Lisbon School of Economics &amp; Management at the University of Lisbon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Papers in the Portuguese stream and papers in the English stream will have the OPTION to have online presentation or onsite presentation at the Conference venue: ISEG, Lisbon School of Economics &amp; Management at the University of Lisbon. Presenting authors must choose between an online or onsite presentation when they register.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Virtual attendees will be able to present their papers and will have access to the online sessions. The program will include physical sessions with onsite presentations and virtual (online) sessions for remote participants. Online presentations will take place in dedicated virtual sessions with live Q&amp;A, and onsite sessions will include structured discussion time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The presentation and discussion of articles will work in parallel sessions, with 20 min allocated for the presentation and discussion of each article. Articles will be accepted based on their merit, and they may be in an intermediate stage of their preparation. The acceptance of the submitted articles will only become definitive when at least one of the authors of the article registers for the Conference and makes the due payment. Each individual is limited to one personal appearance on the programme as a presenting author.
