Macroeconomics I (1 º Sem 2020/2021)

Normal and Appeal Periods

All students enrolled (in accordance with paragraph 9 of Article 2 of GRAUD) have access to the normal-period written exam.

The final mark obtained is the maximum between the final written exam mark and the weighted arithmetical average of the following assessment components:

     - final written exam………………………………… 70%

     - individual assignment………………………....... 10%

     - mid-term test........................................................ 20%

All assessment components have integer marks.

Final Written Exam

The final, unseen, individual, in-person, closed-book written exam is 2:30 hours long. The exam covers the entire syllabus.

Individual Assignment

The online (via Aquila) individual assignment will be held on 12 October 2020 at 14:00h. It is 20 minutes long and consists of 4 essay questions that use a dataset and require using a spreadsheet (e.g. Excel). The assignement covers chapter 1 of the syllabus.

Mid-Term Test

The unseen, individual, online (via Aquila) mid-term test will be held on 16 November 2020 at 14:00h. The test is 30 minutes long and it is composed by 15 multiple-choice questions.
