Objectives
1) To understand the theoretical knowledge required for the estimation of models that explain microeconomic behaviours, and testing of the relevant assumptions associated with it;
2) To become familiar with the latest literature in the area;
3) To have the ability to consult advanced literature in the area in order to be proficient to seize other methodologies and techniques not taught;
4) To know how to use the appropriate software for microeconomic, sectional and panel data modelling;
5) To know how to critically evaluate existing empirical studies with microeconomic sectional or panel data;
6) To be able to correctly undertake empirical applications with sectional or panel data of a microeconomic nature;
7) To Have the previous knowledge necessary to follow the discipline of ?Microeconometrics II".
