Takeda Essay
THE ANATOMY OF TAKEDA M&A STRATEGY
Some of you show some concerns about the essay on "The Anatomy of Takeda M&A Strategy". I don't want to give you much guidance to see how do you manage yourself in writing an essay. So I say the following:
1) An essay is by definition a short piece of writing on a particular subject. In this case is "The anatomy of Takeda M&A strategy.
2) Anatomy is the study of the structure or internal workings of something.
Therefore, what is asked is a short piece of writing about the structure and internal working of M&A strategy of Takeda.
You must search information about the growth of Takeda and conclude about the M&A they have been doing. You may try to answer some of the typical six W questions (or part of it): Where x What x Why x When x How x Who, or part of it.
An essay is an open text, so is up to you to structure it, as you like. You will be evaluate from your ability and creativity of writing up from scratch and linking to what we have already discuss in class.
By the way, the definition of scratch is "assembled or made from whatever is available and so unlikely to be of the highest quality".
Good work
