Economics and Business Information (2 º Sem 2019/2020)

Caros alunos

Informação relativa a exames:

·         O exame EN tem lugar dia 15 de junho pelas 15horas

·         Todos alunos podem fazer a prova, inclusive os que não tiverem avaliação ALS (ao longo do semestre).

·         Acedem ao exame através da plataforma Aquila em Trabalhos.

·         Deverão ter consigo o formulário da UC.

·         Fazem todo o teste em papel e no final submetem, através do Aquila, um único ficheiro.

·         O teste dura 1h30m. Atenção ao tempo. Tem de submeter o ficheiro digitalizado em tempo útil. Digitalizar leva tempo! Se não conseguir submeter não desista. Tente novamente. Pode haver algum tempo de tolerância. Mas cuidado!

·         A estrutura do teste é semelhante à de anos anteriores (4 grupos) mas adaptada a uma duração de prova inferior.

·         Qualquer dificuldade envie mail para coelho@iseg.ulisboa.pt. Tentaremos, se possível, resolver os problemas de imediato.

·         Guardem uma cópia do ficheiro e a resolução em papel. Ponham o nome em todas as folhas utilizadas.

·         Os alunos com NEE têm mais 25 minutos para resolver o teste e enviam o seu ficheiro digitalizado diretamente para coelho@iseg.ulisboa.pt

·         A vigilância será feita através do Teams.

·         Mais informação sobre acesso e procedimentos em VER MAIS na, já conhecida, secção opcional criada para o efeito. Atenção a esta secção: vamos introduzindo sucessivos textos de clarificação para apoio dos alunos.

Dear students

Examination information:

• The EN exam takes place on June 15th at 3pm.

• All students can make the exam, including those who do not have an ALS assessment (throughout the semester).

• Access the exam through the AQUILA platform under TRABALHOS.

• Students must have the UC formulaire with them.

• Students do all the test on paper and at the end submit, through Aquila, a single file.

• The test lasts 1h30m. Attention to time. You must submit the scanned file in due time. Scanning takes time! If you have difficulties in submitting don't give up. Try again. There may be some time of tolerance. But be careful!

• The test structure is similar to that of previous years (4 groups) but adapted to a shorter test duration.

• Any difficulties, send mail to coelho@iseg.ulisboa.pt. We will try, if possible, to solve problems immediately.

• Keep a copy of the file and the resolution on paper. Put the name on all used sheets.

• Students with NEE have 25 more minutes to solve the test and send their digitized file directly to coelho@iseg.ulisboa.pt

• Surveillance will be done through Teams.
