Mergers, Acquisitions and Restructurings (2 º Sem 2019/2020)

Considering the decision of the University Rector and the Dean of the school we do not have presencial classes until 30 March. in order to create the less disturbance as possible in the schedule we have decided to videotape these classes and make them available for you in the same day so that you may watch them at your convenience time.

In the Aquila we may organize a Forum for each class so that you may ask your questions and we may exchange thinking. In addition to that, the class at 30 March will start with a period for any additional questions and clarifications
