Mergers, Acquisitions and Restructurings (2 º Sem 2019/2020)

Several students din't sent the email about their choice of topic. It is urgent to do it. Please do not send emails to your professor asking for what is the subject. Several ideas of topics were present at the end of the class on "Corporate Strategy and M&A" . See the last three slides of that session. I also said that if you have any other suggestion I am open as long as the topic is related to the course M&A and Restructuring. 

The students that did not choose the topic should do it ASAP because the essay is to be delivered until 31 March.

Send your email to jcneves@iseg.ulisboa.pt telling what is the title of the essay you would like to do.

Note: Essay is up to 5 pages. Appendix do not account for this number.
