Quiz 4 takes place TODAY from 21.30h to 22:00.

It covers optimal portfolio choice, i.e Part II_5 of the course program.

Quizes are compulsory to students under the regime of continuous evaluation.

New material of the FMI has been uploaded:

• The questionnaires with the Pereira's family answers for the Empirical Assignment are online (M. Finance students)
• The Slides for Part III and Part IV are now online. (both M.Finance and M.Actuarial Sciences)

The FMI booklet of Exercises is now available ONLINE.

The exercises on this booklet were selected and adapted to fit the structure of the FMI course. They are a complement to end-of-chapters exercises in textbook(s).

ALL the exercises in the booklet are recommended and students should solve them  at home. They are time consuming and require previous study of the course materials and textbook(s). Only a very limited number of them were solved during classes.

Any doubts and/or other issies concerning the exercises should be addressed during study or office hours.
