Econometria Financeira (2 º Sem 2019/2020)

Dear students,

As you know, the regular Exam EN will take place June 17 from 9:00 to 11:00 and the special exam will take place July 7 from 9:00 to 11:00. Both exams will be online in MS Forms. By now you should be familiar with the procedures and the honor code you must follow. We are following the general ISEG rules for exams. You should have your camera and microphone on, and should be available on the chat facility to receive and send messages to me and only to me.

The exam has a few parts for each student. For each part, you have to be very careful with the timing, as Forms will not allow you to submit your answers after the time limit.

The exam will cover all topics discussed, except volatility. It will follow a very similar format to the one of the pre-exam test. Be prepared to write a few answers on a piece of paper, scan it and upload it. If you have problems uploading the files, you can send them to me via my email ncrato@iseg.ulisboa.pt 

Prepare yourselves well. As you know, I'm always available within a short notice for online meeting and problems' discussion. Meanwhile, I've updated the grades with the group projects evaluation.

Dear students,

There are a couple of lessons to take from today's exam. I'm going to follow the suggestions you made at the end of the test. Please, during the final you should pay close attention to the times!

I've posted the grades, which take into consideration the two parts of the test and the files you scanned and sent. You can find the correct answers by looking at your tests and scores.

I'm sure next time, at the true exam, everybody will do much better.

Dear students,

I will offer a pre-exam test this Friday. It will work online in MS Forms. I will send you the necessary information. But you should by now be familiar both with the procedures and the honor code you must follow. 

The exam has two parts for each student. You have to get the exam form at 9:30 and answer it until 9:55. Then, you will have another part which you will open at 10:00 and end at 10:25.

Be aware that the system won't allow you to submit your answers after the limit times.

This pre-exam test will work as a preparation for the June exam and will possibly increase your grade. Your corrected June exam grade will be: Max[June exam, (0.7 x June exam + 0.3 x pre-exam test)].
