Política Monetária (2 º Sem 2019/2020)

Your answers to the exam questions must be written in your own words.

If you answer a question by copying the slides and/or my notes, your answer will not be considered.

Students who want to review their exams should enroll until June 28th 10 pm by uploadng a file into Aquila (section "trabalhos" ) in reponse to my "Exam review".

In tis file - maximum 3 pages - they should explain why they disagree with the points attributted to one or more answers.

During the exam review, you should have both the solutions and your answers at your side.

Your disagreements with the points attributted to one or more of your answers should be TYPEWRITTEN .

If you have a webcam, you should turn it  on  Teams during the exam.

10 TF questions with justifications. A wrong answer leads to 0 points (NO DISCOUNT).

The duration of the exam will be 2h45m + 10m to upload your answers

Correction: I will not send the exam questions by e-mail.

If you cannot access the exam questions from Aquila, you should contact me via Teams.

Only in this case will I send the exam questions via e-mail.

Reminder: if the answers of two students to the same question are very similar, the two exams will be anulled.

Moreover, I will file a complaint at the Pedagical Board which may have serious consequences for the two students, way beyond the Monetary Policy course.

Final note: your answers should be direct justifications of the parts that are T or F in any given question.

If instead you just write about the issues concerning the question, you'll get 0.

You should upload only your answers; not the questions.

At the beginning of the exam, you should go to Teams.

There, you can raise doubts about the interpretation of the exam questions (via text messages).

To save space in the exam, I suggest that you answer using our standard notation (ex: C instead of consumption) and schemes ( A => B =>...)

If, at the end of the exam, you are for some reason unable to upload your answers into Aquila, you should send a pdf to my e-mail: pleao@iseg.ulisboa.pt.

But, please, only use this alternative if you cannot upload your answers via Aquila.

The exam will consist of 10 T-F questions with spaces for justifications on 3 pages that you should print beforehand  from the 'weekly questions and other materials' section of Aquila.

I answered the 10 questions on just 2 pages. So, you should write with a letter of normal size. I will not read answers with letters of very small size.

You cannot alter the order of the answers. These should be made within the respective boxes (preferably with a pencil).

You will have 2h45m + 10m to upload your answers.

If the answers of two students to the same question are very similar, the two exams will be anulled.
