Objectives
- Develop a culture of management based on a logic of strategic management;
- Knowing the importance of a SWOT analysis and know carry it out;
- Knowing the importance of strategic decisions at the level of the marketing mix;
- Develop the concepts of strategic marketing and operational marketing and apply them to the development of real estate projects.
Program
Basic concepts of marketing. How to study the market and the possible sources and permanent. The importance of information systems for the knowledge of the market. The strategic plan and the marketing plan. Strategic decisions at the level of the marketing mix, in general and in particular the property sector. Factors influencing buying behavior. The real estate market trends.
