Objectives
Teaching techniques and concepts in Real Estate Management Optical facing applications and practice and not just theory, for students with basic training very different;
When finished, UC students should be able to understand and apply a set multidisciplinary techniques in order to understand, e.g. as Facility Management Maintenance is important in times of crisis management, and apply an analysis based on simple models and mathematical evaluation, whether land, is economic.
Students develop skills in the classroom that allow them to analyze the current context of the real estate market in Portugal, besides the knowledge they acquire in Property Management and Integrated Building.
Students live with cases studies and models of equipment and office buildings, commercial, logistics, leisure and hospitality, which allow them to diagnose and evaluate new solutions for a better return on investment.

Business Ethics and Real Estate, Management and Real Estate, Real Estate Business Plan (various practical models); Economics and Property Management, Asset Management and Real Estate Trends, Facility Management, Facilities Management and Maintenance; 2 cases studies of Facility Management; Intelligent Buildings and Offices, Shopping Centres Management: Development / Tenant Mix; Sale of a Property Assets: The Cascaishopping; Hotels and Tourism Residential, Maintenance and Operation (Visit 1 Mall).
