Objectivos
O Experiential Entrepreneurship é um programa que visa estimular o potencial empreendedor dos Alunos através de ações concretas conducentes à implementação de um projeto real. Ideal para quem se motiva com a participação em novas experiências, para quem quer fazer a diferença, implementando projetos relevantes e com impacto social, e para quem deseja desenvolver, e ter uma maior consciência, das suas próprias competências e capacidades empreendedoras.
Programa
1. O que é o empreendedorismo?
- Definições;
- Impacto pessoal, organizacional e social.
2. O design thinking como forma de refletir sobre um problema:
- O que é o design thinking?
- Quais as suas implicações para o pensamento e ação empreendedor(a)?
3. A open innovation como fonte de inovação:
- O que é a inovação aberta?
- Quais as suas vantagens e desvantagens para o processo inovador?
Metodologia de avaliação
A avaliação final contempla a frequência, o desempenho e a participação dos alunos nas atividades e exercícios desenvolvidos ao longo do curso.
