Objectivos
The aim of this course is to understand the role of behaviour in and of organisations. The course explores the principles and techniques in management and OB that drive performance and continuous improvement in modern business environments. Subject matters are organised in three levels of analysis: the individual, the group, and the organisation. At each level, students are presented with the main challenges and topics in each of the major OB areas, such as leadership, emotions, and culture.
As this course aims at training and developing investigation-related skills and competencies, students are also exposed to the main research paradigms in OB, including research philosophies, methods, and techniques.
