Objectivos
The aim of this course is to develop and consolidate competencies in personnel management, with a strict focus on international contexts and organisations. Modern HRM design and implementation is deeply rooted in international strategies,which vary from exportation modes of entry,to extended consolidation in foreign markets. This course addresses the problems and issues faced by the HRM function in such international organisations. Furthermore,the course is aimed at those who wish to understand andjor develop an international career
