Objectivos

- Extensive knowledge of the most essential topics on teams and social evolution, collective creativity and cooperation; this level of learning is obtained on one hand by reading and thinking but also by doing through experiential sessions (generative listening, coaching circles, levels of conversation, learning journey, stakeholder interview, and collective prototyping);

- Communication skills are essential for teamwork and the ability to intervene in a convenient way in organizations. Through the Uprocess that intends to provide a framework and a method for cooperation, students will develop their ability to listen and to communicate;

- Skills and ability to work in a team are challenged and reinforced with dynamics, expositions and group work. In each of them, the ability to create and work as a team is evident;

- Innovation skills are also developed through the all process and especially in the prototyping phase.

Programa

1. The iceberg model: analyzing the current reality of teams and organizations
1.1. The acunpulture points: identifying blind spots;
1.2. Paradigms of economic thought: to ego-system awareness to eco-system awareness;
1.3. New paradigms for governance, health, food and education.

2. Changing perspectives: tools and methodologies
2.1. Learning from the past versus learning from the future;
2.2. Co-initiating cooperation: generative listening and coaching circles;
2.3. Co-sensing cooperation: from talking to collective creativity, learning journeys and stakeholders interviews;
2.4. Presensing: absencing versus presencing.

3. A framework to co-create: cooperate with people in teams and organizations
3.1. Learning from real experiences;
3.2. The pentagon of prototype;
3.3. Crystallizing and prototyping.

Metodologia de avaliação

Knowledge assessment is an ongoing process that takes place throughout the semester. The final classification is based on a portfolio composed of 3 elementary elements written and 1 oral element.
