APCER has attributed COVID-SAFE certification to ISEG after an inspection of the ISEG campus to ascertain the effective implementation of health and safety procedures and practices, based on the guidelines of the General Directorate of Health (Direção Geral da Saúde, DGS), the Authority for Health Conditions of Work (Autoridade para as Condições do Trabalho, ACT), and the International Labour Organisation (ILO).
The certification covers the whole of the ISEG Campus.

ISEG – Lisbon School of Economics and Management has prepared a short and succinct Prevention and Action Plan with the objective to prevent and control cases of infection with COVID-19 Coronavirus in our School and to establish the operating procedures of all those involved with the School in the event of an outbreak of COVID-19 Coronavirus.
The following procedures apply to visitors, students, staff, and faulty, and must be respected and followed by everyone.

Any member of the ISEG community, or visitor to ISEG who manifests the symptoms of COVID-19 and an epidemiological link, should inform the Contingency Plan Team by email gabineteadministrador@iseg.ulisboa.pt or by telephone 925 664 827

FAQ's
If I am in quarantine, what should I do with regards ISEG?
A: In the case of ISEG, those members of the community and visitors who are in quarantine with possible symptoms are obliged to communicate this fact to ISEG by sending an email to the Finance and Administration Office (gabineteadministrador@iseg.ulisboa.pt).
If symptoms are manifested while I am at ISEG, what should I do?
A: Any member of the ISEG community or visitor who manifests signs and symptoms of COVID-19 and an epidemiological link, or who identifies a member of the Academic Community as manifesting suspect signs compatible with the virus, should inform the Contingency Plan Team by telephone (925 664 827). The procedures provided for in the contingency plan will then be put into place.
The Contingency Plan Team of ISEG is comprised of the following members of staff, who, if necessary, should be contacted by telephone on 925 664 827, or on their extensions: João Calado (Coordinator) - Finance and Administration Director of ISEG – Ext: 462779; Lurdes Paiva - Human Resources Division – Ext: 465837; or Sonia Domingues - Academic Services Division – Ext: 465862.
