REGIME FOR READMISSION

 
UNDERGRADUATE COURSES - 2022/2023

 

Readmission is the act by which a student, having interrupted their studies at a university/degree, registers for the same university and readmission for the same degree, or for the degree that has succeeded the original one.

 

ONLINE APPLICATIONS:  
 
  1 to 30 June, 2022

 

Notes:
You should login first and submit your application, having updated your personal details, using the following path:

 

Applicants > Application> Readmission >  Create

 

Should you not possess an active password , you should request   by E-mail to helpdesk@iseg.ulisboa.pt.
Students enrolled for 2021/2022 who intend to change degree (within ISEG) should choose the option for Applications for Change of university/degree.

   

Students may request readmission for a university/degree if they:
- Have been enrolled and registered in the same university/degree, or for a preceding one;
- Have been enrolled in the same university/degree during the previous Academic Year to that which they intend to re-enrol for;
- Students whose registration has expired due to the application of the ISEG suspensions regime can only apply for this regime, once the two semesters of the suspension have elapsed
- Acceptance for readmission is conditional on the student having no outstanding dues for tuition fees from their previous enrolment;
- International students who have successfully completed at least one course unit.

  

Number of places:
There is no limit to the number of places.

 

Notes:
 ISEG students and alumni can apply during the same Academic year for the Readmission Regime, for their original degree, and for the Change of University/Degree Regime for the degree which they intend to change to.  

 

FEES:
Application Fee of 60.00 Euros (non-returnable)
- FFor students resident in Portugal, the application fee is paid on submission of the application by ATM, using an automatically-generated reference. If the application fee is not paid until the deadline, then the application will be considered invalid.
-  Student living abroad can pay throught credit card or MBWay.
 
NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION FOR ONLINE APPLICATIONS (UPLOAD):
- Photograph;
- Photocopy of Citizen's Card (or Identity Document) a);
- Photocopy of Tax Number (NIF) - if you do not have a Citizen's card;
 
 
CALENDARISATION:
- Application period: 1 to 30 June, 2022
- Results : 5th September
- Enrolments online 5th until 9th September, 2022

a) If you do not intend to provide a photocopy, then you must present the document in person for data validation at the Undergraduate Office;
b) Errors or omissions in completing the electronic application form are the sole responsibility of the applicant.

EnrolLment

Enrollment will take place online from September 5 (at 10:00 am) to September 9, 2022, requiring a login.

Fenix Portal > "Candidate" tab > in the application, click on Details > "Enroll" option. Then click > "Student" tab > left side menu "Register" > "Application processes" option > Click on "Start process"

You must duly fill in the missing fields and proceed step by step until the process is complete.

In the final step, after selecting the "confirm enrollment" button, the "registration proof" document is generated. Only after clicking on the "Finish" button is the registration process completed.

At the conclusion of enrollment, a proof with an indication of fees and references will be provided.

The amounts to be paid for each installment and bank references can be consulted on the Fenix portal at: "student" tab > "Visualizar Conta".

 

Payment of Fees:

Fees to be paid: 50 euros for administrative acts School insurance plus the first installment fee equals 159.03 Euros.

A total payment of 209.03 Euros must be made within 5 days of registration, referring to administrative acts (50.00 Euros) + school insurance (2.03 Euros) + 1st installment of the tuition fee (157 Euros).

 

At this stage, students applying for a SAS (Social Services) scholarship are exempt from paying the tuition fee at the time of registration and must present proof of application or a declaration of honor, and must only pay the school insurance and administrative fees.
