HOLDERS OF DEGREES AND A NON-DEGREE HIGHER EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

 

  2022/2023 - ACADEMIC YEAR

  

The Special Graduate Admissions Regime is for holders of a degree or other Higher Education course,  namely:
− Holders of a university degree (Bachelor, Master or Doctor);
− Holders of a Specialised Technological Diploma, obtained having already completed a Technological Specialisation Course (CET).
This special selection is according to the Decree-Law No. 113/2014 of July 16.
- International Students can't apply for this contest.

If you are an ISEG student or alumnus, you should login on the website and submit your application, updating your personal information and then complete your application using the following steps:

Ranking Criteria:
Applications will be ranked according to the following criteria a):
st   - Holders of a university degree;
nd - Priority for ISEG graduates;
rd  - Best arithmetic average of the course taken before admission.

 

Note:
a)   The admission of applicants for each degree, for the available places, is made by descending order of the ranked list resulting from the application of the above-mentioned ranking criteria.
 
Admission is only valid for the registration and enrolment in the Academic Year for which the application is made.

Notes:
a)  The number of available places for a university/degree for a specific regime (change of university/degree, graduates and/or over 23 year-olds) may be used for another regime, according to established priorities.

 

FEES:
Application Fee of 60.00 Euros (non-returnable)
-  For students resident in Portugal, the application fee is paid on submission of the application by ATM, using an automatically-generated reference. If the application fee is not paid until the deadline, then the application will be considered invalid.
-  Student living abroad can pay throught credit card or MBWay.
- Applications which are not accompanied by all the required documents will be rejected automatically. There is no right to reimbursement of the tax paid for incomplete applications.

 

NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION FOR ONLINE APPLICATIONS (UPLOAD):
 
- Photograph;
 - Photocopy of Citizen's Card (or Identity Document) a) or Identity Document of a Member State of the European Union, or passport with a valid Student Visa, or, where applicable, a temporary b) or permanent residence certificate;
- Photocopy of Tax Number (NIF) - not applicable for those who have submitted a copy of a Citizen's card, or for foreign students;
-Certificate proving to be a holder of a national Higher Education degree or course, or equivalent, with the respective final grade c) and e);
- An authenticated certificate of proof of passing curricular units of a degree or higher education course (Portuguese or foreign) from the course/School of origin, with a description of the national grades achieved, either for a Semester, or a whole year, as well as of the corresponding ECTS credits, in accordance with the European scale of equivalence c);
- Study plan of the degree/course of origin, programmes, and workloads of the subjects studied (not applicable for ISEG students, and only necessary should the applicant be successfully admitted and wishes to attribute credits within the stipulated deadlines).

 

 
Notes:
a) If you do not intend to provide a photocopy, then you must present the document in person for data validation at the Undergraduate Office.
b) Students with temporary residence must submit a copy of the SEF Certificate of Registration of Time of Residence in Portugal (Certidão de Contagem de Tempo de Residência em Portugal);
c) For foreign students, the documents indicated above must be authenticated by a Portuguese Consulate, or be submitted with a valid Hague Apostille Seal and must be emitted by the legally-competent authority of the State where the document originates from (Official Education Services). Whenever documents are not issued in Portuguese, English, French or Spanish, they must be translated into one of these languages;
d) All errors and omission carried out during the filling out of the admission forms are the exclusive responsibility of the applicant;
e) Brazilian candidates with Portuguese nationality:
When the applicant holds a Brazilian high school certificate, and passed the National High School Examination (Exame Nacional de Ensino Médio - ENEM) during the calendar year, or during the three calendar years prior to the application, with a minimum grade of 700 points, calculated by means of the grade weighting of for the following subjects:
  1. Mathematics and Associated Technologies - 80%
  2. Writing - 20%
        Minimum grade of 140 (Portuguese scale)

 

CALENDARISATION:
- Application period: 1 to 19 July, 2022
- Notification of the Admission results: 5 September, 2022 (subject to confirmation) a)
- Registration and Enrolment (online): 5 to 9 September, 2022 (subject to confirmation)
 
  
Should a successful applicant not enrol for their place, or drop out within the stipulated registration/enrolment deadline, they then lose the right to their place, in which case the place will be given to the applicant who is next on the list according to the ranking criteria.

ENROLLMENT FOR PLACE APPLICANTS

Enrollment will take place online from September 5 (at 10:00 am) to September 9, 2022, requiring a login.

Fenix Portal > "Candidate" tab > in the application, click on Details > "Enroll" option. Then click > "Student" tab > left side menu "Register" > "Application processes" option > Click on "Start process"

You must duly fill in the missing fields and proceed step by step until the process is complete.

In the final step, after selecting the "confirm enrollment" button, the "registration proof" document is generated. Only after clicking on the "Finish" button is the registration process completed.

At the conclusion of enrollment, a proof with an indication of fees and references will be provided.

The amounts to be paid for each installment and bank references can be consulted on the Fenix portal at: "student" tab > "Visualizar Conta".

 

Payment of Fees:

Fees to be paid: 50 euros for administrative acts School insurance plus the first installment fee equals 159.03 Euros.

A total payment of 209.03 Euros must be made within 5 days of registration, referring to administrative acts (50.00 Euros) + school insurance (2.03 Euros) + 1st installment of the tuition fee (157 Euros).

 

At this stage, students applying for a SAS (Social Services) scholarship are exempt from paying the tuition fee at the time of registration and must present proof of application or a declaration of honor, and must only pay the school insurance and administrative fees.

The proof must be sent by email with this indication.

                            

More information:

- Classes start on September 19th (as all students are enrolled in the 1st year). 

- External Credits -After enrolment, you must send the completed form by email (seclic@iseg.ulisboa.pt), after receipt of the email bank references will be created (by Academic Services, after regularization of the amounts, an in-person appointment will be scheduled for delivery all required documents;

- Internal Credits (ISEG) - After enrolment, the student must send the completed form by email (seclic@iseg.ulisboa.pt), after receipt of the email bank references will be created by the Academic Services, the credits will be released after regularization of the amounts as well how to reorganize your curriculum;

 

Should a successful applicant not enrol for their place, or drop out within the stipulated registration deadline, they then lose the right to their place, in which case the place will be given to the applicant who is next on the list according to the ranking criteria, up until the place is taken up .
