Strategic Leadership Program ISEG + Columbia is the name of the international program that ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management is developing, in partnership with Columbia Business School, #2 in the World Business Schools. The program aims to equip top leaders with all the tools, contexts, and knowledge needed to deal with change, manage successfully, and lead effectively.
The course, which has the first phase taking place on September 12th, 13th and 14th in Lisbon, counts on the participation of 30 CEOs and Board Members of several reference companies, such as Grupo Pestana, Sociedade Ponto Verde, Montepio, Renault, CGD, Revigres, Informa D&B, Deloitte, Mendes & Gonçalves (Paladin), Fidelidade, Grupo Trivalor and TMG Group.
The program is divided into three moments:
1 - Leader's Agenda, in Lisbon, with lecturers from renowned schools, such as Oxford, and also a partnership with Simon Sinek Inc;
2 - The Leader's Journey, in New York, with a session at the 9/11 memorial with a hero who intervened in the first moment, at the United Nations, and at Columbia Business School, where besides sessions they will have a Leadership Jazz, where they will understand the concept of creating harmony without a staff;
3 - The Faces of Leadership, again in Lisbon, where they will have a masterclass with Henrique Sá Pessoa, a masterclass with Admiral Henrique Gouveia e Melo about leadership and an innovative dynamic, where art emerges as the proof that creation comes from a collaborative process and not from an individual initiative.
This program has the support of a number of Portuguese companies that have provided a distinctive experience: Delta, Steelcase, Gato Preto, Renova, and Castelbel.
