ISEG Welcome Week 2025/2026

Each cycle of studies has its own programme, especially designed to mark the beginning of this new academic phase.

On 1 September, there will be a general welcome session for new undergraduate students, with integration activities and a peddy-paper to explore ISEG. On 2 September, the new students will get to know ISEG XLAB and the degree coordinators in classroom sessions for the respective courses. This will be followed by the ISEG Action Day - 3 September - a day off campus entirely dedicated to leisure and sporting activities.

Are you a Bachelor's student? You'll receive an email with all the information. Stay tuned! 📧

Days 3 and 4 September, we will have the welcome activities for the new Master's degrees students taught in Portuguese and English, respectively. In addition to the welcome session by the Dean and ISEG Services, the new students can look forward to campus tours and a cocktail party to relax and socialise with their new colleagues and faculty.

If you are a Master's student, you will receive an email from masters@iseg.ulisboa.pt with the full programme. 📧

On 2 September, we receive the new PhD students with a general welcome session, followed by a lecture session for each PhD degree, with the respective Coordinator. The day ends in the best way: with a cocktail, food, drinks and music. As well an opportunity for networking between students and coordinators, this will also be an informal time for socialising and the sharing of experiences.

Are you a PhD student? The full programme will follow by email phds@iseg.ulisboa.pt. Stay tuned! 📧

International students from mobility programmes (such as Erasmus+) will be received with a welcome session led by the Dean of ISEG and the International Mobility Office, on 5 September. After the session, there will be an opportunity for making connections and getting into the ISEG spirit.

The week will end with the ISEG Welcome Party, an event open to the entire academic community --with music and a good time to get the academic year off to the best possible start. Put this in your calendar now!: Friday, 5 September, from 18.00, in the Patio das Francesinhas.
