We are proud to announce that Madalena Dias Ferreira Pereira dos Santos, of the Master's in Innovation and Research for Sustainability, is the winner of the ISEG ESG Award 2025.
Her research stands out for addressing one of today's most pressing challenges - energy poverty - by the use of innovative approaches with social impact, linking housing, energy efficiency and sustainability policies.
This year's award, organised by ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management, and sponsored by NTT DATA and Lisbon City Council, underlines the importance of collaboration between academia, the business sector and public institutions for the promotion of the agenda of the ESG Prize.
Special thanks to all the students who submitted their work and to the five finalists who presented their inspiring projects at the final pitch session. Each thesis reflected the ISEG community's growing commitment to ESG principles and to building a more sustainable future.
