On 16 October, at 14.30, a Colloquium will take place at the Social Security Institute Auditorium, in Lisbon, on 'Access to an Adequate Diet in Portugal: Challenges and Solutions'.
During the event, the results of the project FoodHabCrisis: Exploring the Impact of Recent Crises on Eating Habits in Contemporary Portugalwill be presented. The study, coordinated by the researcher Vasco Ramos of the Institute of Social Sciences of Universidade de Lisboa (ICS-ULisboa), analyses the impact of recent crises on Portuguese eating habits.
ISEG will be represented at this colloquium by the participation of professor Susana Brissos, who will talk about "The Recent Evolution of Food Insecurity in Portugal", and José Pereirinha, who will be part of the panel "How to Guarantee Access to an Adequate Diet in Times of Crisis",
