Degrees in other areas may be considered suitable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>In accordance with Article 17 d) of Decree-Law No. 74\/2006 of the 24<sup>'<\/sup> of March, altered and republished as Decree-Law No. 65\/2018 of the 16<sup>'<\/sup> August, other applications considered to be appropriate by the selection panel will be evaluated on the basis of a curricular analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Those students who have not yet completed the 1<sup>st<\/sup> Study Cycle (Bachelors) are eligible to apply conditionally, provided that they satisfy the conditions for obtaining the degree by the end of September (of the same academic year as their application).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Ranking and Selection Criteria<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The ranking is based on the grade which is awarded to each candidate. This grade is calculated according to the process described as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The application grade is based on the final grade of the candidate's 1st cycle degree. This grade is converted to the 0-20 scale and can be multiplied by a coefficient ranging between 0.7 and 1.3, depending on the committee's assessment of the University conferring the degree and of the degree itself.
