The ISEG Management Challenge is a strategy and management competition where students from ISEG's Management, Economics, Finance and MAEG degrees can participate.\n
\n
Form a team with two to four other colleagues and take a seat on the board of a company!\n
\n
During the competition you will put to the test and demonstrate your management skills with the objective to obtain competitive superiority over the competition.<\/p>\n

The 8 best teams will represent ISEG in the 2018 edition of the Global Management Challenge, an International Strategy and Management Competition.<\/p>\n

\nHow does it work?\n
<\/strong> THE SIMULATION TAKES PLACE OVER THE INTERNET.\n
Through the website, each team accesses the information related to the Competition: the Manual and the Company History to be managed, sends the decisions through the Decision Sheet and consults the Management Report.\n
After analyzing the Manual and the Company History, each team defines its strategy and makes decisions for the various areas (Marketing, Human Resources, Production and Finance).\n
After processing the data, the team is provided with the result of its strategy, expressed in the Management Report. This cycle is repeated for 5 decisions, simulating one year and one quarter of the company's activity.\n

<\/strong> Choose the name of your company and team leader and fill in the registration form at \n\nwww.sdg.pt\/ISEG<\/a><\/strong>.\n
Don't forget that each team can have between 3 and 5 ISEG students. Registration is free.\n
The ISEG Management Challenge is coordinated by Prof. Augusto Fel\u00edcio and Dr. Filomena Ferreira and has the support of JBC - Junior Business Consulting, AEISEG and DMRE.<\/p>\n
