On March 18, ISEG will host a debate to present the results of the  \nBudget Watch 2016: Budget Rigor and Transparency,  \nOld habits or new practices?\n
\n
<\/em><\/strong> The Secretary of State for the Budget, Jo\u00e3o Le\u00e3o, will make an opening speech after a welcome from the President of ISEG, Professor M\u00e1rio Caldeira, and the President of IPP, Carlos Farinha Rodrigues. Manuela Arcanjo, Miguel St. Aubyn and Lu\u00eds Teles Morais will present the results of the seventh edition of Budget Watch.\n
\n
The results will then be discussed by a panel made up of Miguel Cadilhe, a member of Budget Watch's Scientific Advisory Board, Jorge Marr\u00e3o,  \nPartner<\/em> from Deloitte, and MPs In\u00eas Domingos and Jo\u00e3o Galamba.\n
\n
The public will also be invited to take part in this discussion.\n
