Vladimir Tolpygo |\n
Violin<\/strong>\n <\/h2>\n
Born in Moscow, Russia, Portuguese violinist Vladimir Tolpygo began his violin studies at the age of four with teacher Serguei Fatkulin.\n
\n
At the age of five, he emigrated to Portugal, joining Professor Serguei Arutyunyan's class at the Vale do Ave Professional and Artistic School (ARTAVE) in 2001. Between 2007 and 2012, he studied at the Mannheim School of Music and Performing Arts in Germany, in the class of Professor Roman Nodel, both entering and finishing the course with the highest classification. He then entered the Karlsruhe School of Music, where he began his postgraduate studies (\"Konzertexam\" course), in the class of Professor Laurent Albrecht Breuninger. During his studies, he received extensive orchestral experience, both as a soloist and as a concertmaster. In addition to youth orchestras (Artave, Aproarte, O.J. Santa Maria da Feira, Orchestra of the E. S. de M. Mannheim), he has had the opportunity to work in renowned professional orchestras, including the \"Radio-Sinfonieorchester Stuttgart des SWR\".\n
\n
Since May 2013, he has held a permanent position with the Munich Radio Orchestra (\"M\u00fcnchner Rundfunkorchester\", tutti in the 1st violins).\n
\n
He received a scholarship from the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation from 2009 to 2012, taking part in master classes with renowned teachers and winning prizes in various national and international competitions (1st prize in the \"Pr\u00e9mio Jovens M\u00fasicos\" competition, 2004 and 2008 - Lisbon, 1st prize ex-aequo in the \"J\u00falio Cardona\" international competition, 2005 - Covilh\u00e3, 3rd prize ex-aequo in the \"Concorso Violinistico Internazionale Andrea Postacchini\", 2009 - Fermo, Italy, \"16\u00b0 Concurso de Interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o do Estoril\", 2014 - Lisbon, among others), also performing solo with various orchestras, including the Gulbenkian orchestra, the Filarmonia das Beiras orchestra, the P\u00f3voa de Varzim Symphony Orchestra and the Algarve Orchestra. He plays with a violin made by Romeo Antoniazzi in Milan in 1913.<\/h6>\n <\/td>\n <\/tr>\n <\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

He was born in Moscow in 1964. He began his piano studies at the age of 6 at the Gnessin School of Music and went on to complete his degree at the Gnessin Pedagogical Institute with Alexander Satz (piano) and Valeri Samoliotov and Irina Anastasieva (Chamber Music). While studying at this institute, he formed the Gnessin Trio, participating with this group in various tours of the cities of the former Soviet Union.\n
\n
He has always shown a great interest in contemporary music and has taken part in numerous festivals. 'Alternative\" in Moscow.\n
\n
In 1982 he organized a student concert at the Instituto Gness\u00edn, dedicated to the music of Alfred Schnittke.\n
\n
In 1990 he took part with M. Arguerich, A. Rabinovitch and A. Batagov in the recording of A. Rabinovitch's Music CD. This record was awarded one of the most prestigious \"Diapason d'Or\" prizes in France.\n
\n
Since 1989 he has been a member of the Moscow Piano Quartet, the first of its kind in Russia, and one of its founding members. He has given numerous concerts with the quartet in Moscow, St. Petersburg and other Russian cities. The Quartet has toured Latvia, Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Greece, Japan and Benelux. The Quartet has also taken part in highly-accredited international music festivals such as the Estoril Festival (1990\/91 and 1993), Jornadas da Oficina Musical (1990), the S. Roque Festival (1993\/94), the Sintra Festival (1996), the Algarve Festival (1995) in Portugal, the Assisi Festival (1990) in Italy, the Palma de Mallorca Festival - Classics of the 20th Century (1993) in Spain, the December Nights (1991\/92) in Moscow, the Macao Festival (1996) and the Kreuth Festival (1996) in Germany. Since 1993 the Quartet has lived in Cascais with the status of \"Resident Quartet\".\n

In addition to concerts with the Quartet, Alexei Eremine performs with other musicians, such as N. Gutman, Borodin Quartet, A. Dumay, W. Bennett, K. Leister, A. Rosado, among others. In 1998,\n

He organized the concert for seven pianos at the Rivoli theater in Porto, featuring Pedro Burmester, Ant\u00f3nio Rosado, Luis Miguel Borges Coelho, Fausto Neves, Jaime Mota and Luis Filipe S\u00e1. In addition to the world premiere of the work by Russian composer Vladimir Martinov, \"Twelve Victories of King Arthur\", works by Steve Reich and Morton Feldman were performed. The concert was recorded by the BMG label.\n

He combines his artistic and pedagogical activities and was invited to teach Piano and Chamber Music at the Gnessin Institute, the youngest professor in higher music education in Moscow. Between 1993 and 1996 he taught piano at the Escola Profissional de Arcos do Estoril. Since 2000 he has been teaching Piano and Chamber Music at the Academia Nacional Superior de Orquestra.<\/h6>\n <\/td>\n <\/tr>\n <\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
