With this initiative, IPP aims to contribute to a more intelligent and transparent public and political debate.\n<br \/>\n<br \/> After a \n<em>welcome coffee,&nbsp;<\/em>the President of ISEG will open the proceedings and then, \n<strong>Paulo Trigo Pereira<\/strong> will make the initial presentation.
