      \"The serenade Il Trionfo d'Amore, scherzo pastorale, for six voices, was premiered at the Pa\u00e7o da Ribeira on December 27, 1729, the day of St. John the Baptist. During the reign of King Jo\u00e3o V, not only was the king's birthday celebrated, on October 22, but also the two onomastic birthdays, on June 24 (St. John) and December 27 (St. John the Baptist). As the title makes clear, the plot is an apology for love. Adraste's marriage project with Nerina, arranged for heavenly convenience, is eventually defeated by a greater force: the mutual passion of Nerina and Arsindo. There is only one source: an attributed autograph score, deposited in the archive of the Ducal Palace of Vila Vi\u00e7osa.\"\n

      \"Francisco Ant\u00f3nio de Almeida, once again, reveals himself to be an imaginative composer of admirable melodic invention, in full possession of the technical resources that allow him to find the most varied and safe solutions for the soloists and for the orchestra, composed of trumpets, oboes, flutes, strings and bass continuo. After a Symphony, the work - in two parts - is marked by two choruses of exaltation to Love. A typical Baroque structure,\n

      \n \"The Musicians of the Tagus\"<\/strong>\n<\/h2>\n

      New musical project in the field of early music founded and directed by Marcos Magalh\u00e3es and Marta Ara\u00fajo.\n
      \"Os M\u00fasicos do Tejo\" had their first performance in Set\u00fabal in December 2005 and in their short existence as a group specialized in early music they have already developed a partnership with CCB that led them to produce three operas, edited two records, performed in numerous concerts in Portugal and abroad and were the object of several institutional supports (Gulbenkian, Oriente and Stanley Ho Foundations; Lisbon City Hall, General Directorate of Social Reinsertion and Cam\u00f5es Institute) and patronage (AMARSUL, private patrons).\n
      The two operas \"La Spinalba\" by F. A. de Almeida and \"Lo Frate Nanmorato\" by G.B. Pergolesi\", premiered at the CCB, were received with great success at the public level and obtained enthusiastic reviews from all the specialized critics (Publico, Di\u00e1rio Not\u00edcias, Jornal de Letras, Expresso).\n
      The opera \"La Spinalba\" has toured Portugal and Spain and is now in its tenth performance.\n
      Also at CCB, they premiered in May 2011, the opera \"Le Carnaval et la Folie\" by A.C. Destouches and in January 2013, the serenade \"Il Trionfo d' Amore\" by F.A. Almeida, both with excellent reception by the public and specialized critics.\n
      The album \"As Sementes do Fado\" (with Ana Quintans, Ricardo Rocha and Marcos Magalh\u00e3es) obtained 4 stars (out of 5) in the newspaper \"P\u00fablico\" - Ips\u00edlon and was considered by the critics of JL as one of the best national albums of the year 2007. Thanks to this album, the program Sementes do Fado has already been presented 6 times, including in October 2011 at the \u00c9glise des Billetes in Paris. At that time they were also guests of Ga\u00ebtan Naulleau's program: Le matin des Musiciens on France Musique radio.\n
      The album \"As \u00c1rias de Luisa Todi\" (with soprano Joana Seara), which presents the repertoire sung by the famous Portuguese Prima-Donna of the 18th century, also obtained 4 stars (out of 5) in the newspaper \"P\u00fablico\" - \u00cdpsilon.\n
      In 2010 they collaborated with Teatro Praga in the show \"Dream of a Summer Night\" premiered at CCB and presented at the Facyl festival in Salamanca in 2011 and at the Festival Le Standard Id\u00e9al in Bobigny - Paris in 2012.\n
      In 2012 they performed at the Arts Festival in Coimbra and as part of the concerts - Rota dos Mosteiros, in Tomar, Alcoba\u00e7a, Batalha and Jer\u00f3nimos.\n
      M\u00fasicos do Tejo have performed in concert in places as varied as Mafra, Vigo, Brest, Paris, Goa in India, Sastmala in Finland and Prague in the Czech Republic.\n
      The Cultural Association Os M\u00fasicos do Tejo was created in June 2009.\n
      In November 2012 his recording of the opera La Spinalba by F. A. de Almeida was published by Naxos with the support of Dgartes, CML and ISEG, which obtained 5 stars (out of 5) in the newspaper \"P\u00fablico\". This record was selected among the 10 best classical music of 2012 by \"P\u00fablico\", and by \"Expresso\" as one of the 50 essential records, among all records published worldwide. M\u00fasicos do Tejo launched the triple album \"La Spinalba\" at CCB and held several presentation sessions at Fnac Chiado, Almada and others. They obtained 4 stars (out of 5), in the prestigious music magazine \"Diapason\".\n
      On April 25, they had their debut at the Grand Auditorium of F.C. Gulbenkian with the opera \"Dido and Aeneas\" by H. Purcell.\n
      On July 15, they made their concert debut at the P\u00f3voa de Varzim International Music Festival.\n
      On World Music Day they made their debut at Forum Luisa Todi in Set\u00fabal. They will perform later this year at the Church of S. Roque, EGEAC concert, at the delivery of the Secil Architecture Prize (Teatro D.
