On the one hand, these projects are demanding on a personal level, with unmet expectations, pressure, conflict and a lot of work.\n      <br \/>On the other hand, these projects require us to practice the best of project management: setting direction, prioritizing problems, bringing people together around a common vision, negotiating objectives and solving problems. This seminar suggests an approach to identifying and managing projects in difficulty, with confidence and control.\n      <br \/>The approach includes negotiating and stabilizing project objectives until they prove to be systematically acceptable and feasible.
