{"id":15224,"date":"2011-03-10T19:00:00","date_gmt":"2011-03-10T19:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iseg.gomo.dev\/event\/1o-workshop-2011-ewmd-portugal-lideranca-e-entusiasmo\/"},"modified":"2011-03-10T19:00:00","modified_gmt":"2011-03-10T19:00:00","slug":"1o-workshop-2011-ewmd-portugal-leadership-and-enthusiasm","status":"publish","type":"event","link":"https:\/\/www.iseg.ulisboa.pt\/en\/event\/1o-workshop-2011-ewmd-portugal-leadership-and-enthusiasm\/","title":{"rendered":"1st Workshop 2011 - EWMD PORTUGAL \"Leadership and Enthusiasm\""},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n<strong>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/aquila1.iseg.utl.pt\/aquila\/getFile.do?method=getFile&amp;fileId=185454\" alt=\"Photo Jo\u00e3o pargana\" width=\"116\" height=\"129\" \/>EWMD PORTUGAL\n<br \/> \"Leadership and Enthusiasm\", Jo\u00e3o Pargana<\/strong>\n<br \/>\n<br \/>Jo\u00e3o Pargana, Portuguese, graduated in Business Organization and Management at ISEG (Economics) in 1980, and attended the Master's in Management at the same school in 1987\/8.<\/p>\n<p>Between 1980 and 1986, he worked at NCR, Portugal Inform\u00e1tica, a subsidiary of NCR Corporation, USA, as Middle Manager in the Human Resources area (1980\/1982) and Head of Sales (1983\/1986) responsible for part of the Systemedia business.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of 1987, the Dynargie\u00ae business was launched in Portugal, which led to the creation in 1992 of Dynargie Portugal, a subsidiary of the Dynargie Group, Switzerland, a leading European consultant in the Human Side of Business, and since then Managing Partner of Dynargie Portugal.<\/p>\n<p>Member of the Board of Dynargie Holding, Switzerland (1992-2002).<\/p>\n<p>In 2002, together with four colleagues, he took part in an MBO on Dynargie's activities in Portugal, Spain and Brazil.
