{"id":24902,"date":"2022-03-15T20:01:42","date_gmt":"2022-03-15T20:01:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.iseg.ulisboa.pt\/?post_type=event&#038;p=24902"},"modified":"2022-03-15T20:01:44","modified_gmt":"2022-03-15T20:01:44","slug":"nestle-shark-tank-presentation-2","status":"publish","type":"event","link":"https:\/\/www.iseg.ulisboa.pt\/en\/event\/nestle-shark-tank-presentation-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Nestle Shark Tank Presentation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Do you want to know more about&nbsp;<strong>Nestle Shark Tank<\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is your opportunity!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>join us on&nbsp;<u>March 23<\/u>&nbsp;<\/strong>and get to know more about this challenge!<strong> <\/strong>The<strong> Presentation <\/strong>will be <strong>online at 6pm.&nbsp;<\/strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/iseg-ulisboa.jobteaser.com\/en\/events\/142526-shark-tank-nestle-presentation\" target=\"_blank\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-iseg-red-color\">apply now<\/span><\/strong><\/a><strong>&nbsp;for the session.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>THE CHALLENGE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants (grouped in teams) should prepare a 5-minute pitch about their ideas to solve a defined people challenge that will impact Nestl\u00e9 employees&#039; engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Teams of 2 \u2013 3 university students.<\/li><li>Use any resource to elaborate your ideas and prepare for an impactful pitch.<\/li><li>5 min to pitch + 10 min Q&amp;A with the judges.<\/li><li>Availability during &#039;Shark Tank&#039;timeframe.<\/li><li>Submit your project 1 week before the pitch in front of the judges.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PRIZE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The top 5 winning teams will enjoy the ultimate group prize at Nestl\u00e9:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>On-site learning workshop on Entrepreneurial skills.<\/li><li>Visit the Nestl\u00e9 campus in Linda-a-Velha.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The final winner and its team members, depending on their degree, will be awarded with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>If Bachelor students: 1 month Summer Internship Program in July or August 2022 for all team members.<\/li><li>If Master students: opportunity to use Nestl\u00e9 data and insights for their Master thesis.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EVALUATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Impactful communication, the way the team speaks up and stands behind their idea<\/li><li>Relevance, if the idea is relevant and realistic for the given people challenge.<\/li><li>Disruptive idea, if the idea is disrupts the current environment and ways of working by bringing innovative approach.<\/li><li>Resourceful, to address the required resources, actions and potential of their idea.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>AND REMEMBER\u2026 DON&#039;T BE A SHARK.
