The ISEG Leadership Bootcamp<\/strong> will help you master core competencies in Leadership and Management that are more important than ever: Communication, Negotiation, Teamwork, Motivation, and Decision Making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first edition of this bootcamp<\/em> will be held on June 3rd from 9am to 9pm. The intensive programme of activities, proposed by the Tribe team, will allow you to work on soft skills<\/em> more and more demanded by employers, in a dynamic, competitive way, with a \"pinch\" of fun mixed in. The concept presented by Tribe will provoke relevant reflections about the future of the labor market. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How can I sign up?<\/strong><\/h4>

If you are a final year undergraduate or a 1st or 2nd year Master's student, this is the experience for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration is done through the form here<\/a><\/strong> and implies the payment of a registration fee of 30\u20ac*. Payment must be made by bank transfer to INSTITUTO SUPERIOR ECONOMIA GESTAO<\/strong> through the IBAN PT50 0035 0371 00000001830 32<\/strong> and proof of payment must be attached to the registration form, in the designated field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Places are limited! There is a limit of 50 participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What awaits me on the day of the bootcamp?<\/strong><\/h4>

After you have made your registration and received confirmation that it is valid, you will receive a communication from the Tribe team with valuable clues about what awaits you. Keep an eye on your inbox! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the day of the bootcamp, you will be challenged to think and put into practice Leadership and Management skills: Communication, Negotiation, Teamwork, Motivation and Decision Making. These skills will be framed in a broader context with key themes like Mobilizing Leadership (genuine and motivating), Critical Thinking and Analysis in the relationship with Artificial Intelligence, Courageous Decision Making, Empathic Communication, Ability to Learn and Re-learn, Mental Elasticity... challenges that will be certain in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will receive information about yourself (you will have access to a self-knowledge profile) and you will develop customized cases related to the above mentioned competencies. You can also expect some surprises throughout the day. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What do I need to bring to bootcamp?<\/strong><\/h4>
\n

Come with energy and good mood for a challenging day! All the materials you need for the course will be given to you on arrival, at the check-in<\/em> located on the 2nd floor of the Quelhas building. Show up 5 minutes before to make the check-in<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This will be a fun day, where your work group will have the opportunity to get to know each other better and, at the end, toast with a very special view at ISEG's Rooftop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The dress code is casual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
