Achieve a balance between body and mind and learn how to manage stress and improve your health and quality of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During this workshop, Professor <strong>Jo\u00e3o Carvalho das Neves<\/strong>\u00a0(ISEG) brings together the theory and practice of Mindfulness with the aim to improve your health and well-being, including energy management exercises (chi-kung). The workshop will provide you with tools for your daily life and counts on specific moments of interaction designed to clarify questions and doubts. The teacher is a Certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Teacher from the University of California San Diego Center for Mindfulness Professional Training Institute and an accredited Chi-Kung Instructor from the Traditional School of Chinese Medicine (Lisbon).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-iseg-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c763b27fb4cafb335df2e3763a3023bc\"><strong>Limited places. To participate in this workshop, please register by email: <u><a href=\"mailto:ritasilvacosta@hotmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ritasilvacosta@hotmail.com<\/a><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants should preferably bring a yoga mat and a small blanket in case it's cold (although this is not compulsory).
