href=\"https:\/\/www.ulisboa.pt\/info\/observar-e-aprender\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Observing and Learning<\/a><\/strong> project which promotes the observation of lectures by peer members of faculty, conducted in small groups from the different scientific areas, the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iseg.ulisboa.pt\/en\/about\/educational-observatory\/\">OAIP - Observatory for Pedagogical Action and Innovation<\/a><\/strong> has organised the <strong>'Peer Lecture Observation: Sharing Practices and Professional Learning\" seminar<\/strong>, <strong>on 6 February<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the presence of Professors <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ulisses.ulisboa.pt\/membro-equipa\/joana-viana\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Joana Viana<\/a>, from the Institute of Education<\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/scholar.tecnico.ulisboa.pt\/authors\/ist13443\/bio\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Miguel Matos Neves<\/a>, from Instituto Superior T\u00e9cnico<\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iseg.ulisboa.pt\/en\/faculty-2\/amelia-white\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Am\u00e9lia Branco<\/a>, from ISEG<\/strong>, the objective of the seminar is to show that teaching practice and knowledge can be improved through the peer lecture observation, both from the perspective of the feedback received by the observer and also through the observation of lectures by peer members of faculty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The session will be conducted in
