In addition to the State Budget for 2026, it is important to analyze the budget execution of 2025 and 2024, in order to reflect on the impacts of budgetary policy in crucial areas of public governance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-iseg-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-86566b2dc5c4ad11ca969e8ec6f844a6\"><strong>i. Is the funding provided for in the State Budget for 2026 sufficient in view of the increased responsibilities of local authorities?<br>ii. Will municipalities have the financial capacity to respond to growing social and demographic pressures in the coming years?<br>iii. How have local authorities been implementing the RRP, particularly investment in housing, and what are the main obstacles to faster implementation?<br>iv.
