The course includes energy management exercises (chi-kung) to improve your health and wellbeing, giving you tools for your daily life, with moments of interaction to clarify questions and doubts. The workshop is led by a Certified Teacher in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction by the University of California San Diego Center for Mindfulness Professional Training Institute and is an accredited Instructor in Chi-Kung by the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Lisbon).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Free admission, but places are limited.
