{"id":36378,"date":"2023-02-28T12:54:34","date_gmt":"2023-02-28T12:54:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.iseg.ulisboa.pt\/?page_id=36378"},"modified":"2026-09-04T12:29:57","modified_gmt":"2026-09-04T12:29:57","slug":"student-support-office","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.iseg.ulisboa.pt\/en\/to-study-2\/student-services\/student-support-office\/","title":{"rendered":"Student Support Office"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Student Support Office (GAA) is dedicated to identifying challenges related to the academic integration process, ensuring students\u2019 successful adjustment, and promoting academic success, personal development, and psychological well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The objectives of the Student Support Office (GAA) are the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Provide support in social situations while promoting the integration and academic success of students;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote the health and well-being of students;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide a space where students can talk about their emotional and relational difficulties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;The GAA possesses the necessary psychological support to promote well-being. This work is carried out in conjunction with students to create and implement more autonomous and satisfactory strategies for coping with difficult circumstances. To this end, self-knowledge, autonomy,  and problem-solving skills are all worked on.
