The Master's programme at ISEG was a clear choice due to its broad and specialized curriculum, its excellent academic staff, and its international accreditations. Throughout the program, I gained solid knowledge of the insurance sector, risk management, and the mathematical foundations of these fields.
In addition to a strong theoretical background, the programme places great emphasis on practical application, with coursework developed using tools such as Excel and R. The master final work can also be carried out in collaboration with a wide range of organizations, including insurance companies, consulting firms, and public sector institutions, which strongly supports a smooth transition into the job market. I am currently working at an insurance company, reflecting the applied and market-oriented preparation provided by the program.

From the course I was able to land an Internship with Nokia here in Lisbon which has propelled my career. Diz-se que para quem s\u00f3 tem um martelo, tudo parece um prego. This Masters offered me the extraordinary opportunity of obtaining a Double degree diploma at both ISEG and PUEB – Pozna\u0144 University of Economics and Business in Poland. It was an experience that allowed me to interact with different cultures, make friends from all over the world, and gain a new perspective on the financial markets industry. I was also lucky to have professors at both universities who were not only highly skilled in this field but very supportive.
