That is why language courses are structured to promote learning that includes a cultural dimension.<\/h6>\n<h6>\n<br \/>Portuguese is the 6th most spoken language in the world, the 3rd European language of global expression and the 1st language of the Southern hemisphere. It is spoken by 250 million people (3.7% of world population) in 8 countries where it has the status of an official language.
