The Global Management Challenge<\/strong> consists of a strategy and management competition, based on an interactive business simulator, in which each team takes on the role of a board of directors hired to manage a company, with the objective to obtain the best investment performance possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Hundreds of teams made up of company executives and university students take part in this challenge every year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Throughout the competition, participants make top management decisions, based on an analysis of economic and financial indicators which take into account the different functional areas of the company, thus rendering them capable of testing the impact that their decisions can have on an organisation, taking into account the constraints of the market in which they compete, always with maximising customer and shareholder satisfaction in mind. The winning team from the National Final of the Global Management Challenge then goes on to represent Portugal in the International Final, in competition with the winning teams from the other participating countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Register your team by the 10th May.
Each team must have three to five members to be eligible to take part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
