Labour, and Power Observatory<\/strong> has released updated data on the evolution of the <strong>gender pay gap<\/strong> in the professions associated with <strong>ICT, Engineering and STEM areas<\/strong> (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The datasheet now published - <strong>\"Gender Pay Gap in STEM Professions: developments over the last decade\"<\/strong> - is by ISEG professors <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iseg.ulisboa.pt\/en\/faculty-2\/amelia-bastos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Am\u00e9lia Bastos<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iseg.ulisboa.pt\/en\/faculty-2\/joao-antonio-mendes-da-cruz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Jo\u00e3o Cruz<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iseg.ulisboa.pt\/en\/faculty-2\/sara-falcao-cacaacaaca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sara Falc\u00e3o Casaca<\/a><\/strong>, and presents a detailed analysis of the pay gap between women and men in these professional areas over the last decade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This contribution is part of the Observatory's ongoing work to promote gender equality in the
