Three prizes will be awarded, with a prize of&nbsp;<strong>\u20ac6,000 for 1st place<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-iseg-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2980fef0c7e8469d6df9b1b43b9d1cae\"><strong>The applications period is open until 31 December 2025 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.e-redes.pt\/pt-pt\/premio-open-data-academy-challenge\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">on this link<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It has been confirmed that&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/e-redes.opendatasoft.com\/pages\/homepage\/\">Open Data Portal<\/a>&nbsp;shares data generated by the electricity distribution network, free of charge, related to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Smart meters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hourly and monthly energy use by postal code<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digitalization of the electricity network<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Power interruptions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Energy transition by municipality<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evolution of electric mobility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Network availability and operation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integration of renewables<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Further information <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iseg.ulisboa.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/Descricao-Portal-Open-Data-da-E-REDES-e-Premio-Open-Data-Academy-Challenge-julho2025-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading has-iseg-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-63881fdff22243293952f604787877a5\">Presentation Session at ISEG<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>To promote the Portal and the Prize, E-REDES will hold a <strong>Presentation Session<\/strong> at ISEG, on <strong>11 September<\/strong>, at 18.00, in <strong>Lecture Theatre 1<\/strong> (Quelhas), as part of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.iseg.ulisboa.pt\/en\/to-study-2\/masters-2\/quantitative-methods-for-economic-and-business-decision-making\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Master's Degree in Quantitative Methods for Economic and Business Decision Making<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The session, which is free to attend, will feature\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/bruno-esp%C3%ADrito-santo-3922a812\/?originalSubdomain=pt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bruno Esp\u00edrito Santo<\/a>, coordinator of Open Data, who will give a presentation on the company, followed by a practical demonstration of the Open Data Portal.
