Other schools in the competition included Cat\u00f3lica, Nova SBE, ISCTE, Universidade Europeia and Porto Business School.<br \/><br \/><em>\"This Award is recognition of our social role in creating talent, which is paramount to ensuring the well-being and future of the entire community. People are central to us, as they are both the final product and the raw material of a university. It is in them that the knowledge we generate and transmit here is translated. And we are aware that by training people, we are impacting the most important resource of companies and organizations, and we are making a difference in society. I thank all those who voted for us for the award.\"<\/em>states Clara Raposo, President of ISEG.<br \/><br \/>The Human Resources Awards are an initiative of Human Resources Portugal magazine.
