The \nObserve and Learn\" project<\/strong> will begin its 12th edition. The aim of this project is to continue to \npromoting teachers' skills in teaching practice<\/strong>The observation model is based on a quartet of two pairs of teachers from different schools, forming working groups in which all the participants observe (twice) and are observed (twice). On \nOctober 8th<\/strong>The project seminar will be held at \n15.30<\/strong>, in \nLagoa Henriques Auditorium at the Faculty of Fine Arts<\/strong>Pedro Reis from the Institute of Education will speak about \" \nFocus, methodologies and tools for lesson observation and discussion<\/em>\". The results obtained in the 2nd semester of 2018\/2019 will also be presented and the procedures to be adopted for the 12th edition of the project will be defined. The \"Observe and Learn\" project can be an interesting tool for promoting teaching practice skills.\n
