Course | Advanced Contact Centre Management | is now open for enrolment

Enrolment is now open for the course in Contact Centre Management of CEGE, which starts on the 10 th of January, 2017.

This course aims to provide an integrated view of Customer Service and the contribution that a Contact Centre can contribute.

It is focussed on the role that a Contact Centre plays in an organisation's competitiveness, addressing its different components and objectives in a systematic way.

The programme explores conceptual models linking operational decisions to the strategic choices of an organisation. The syllabus is predominantly practical, and is taught by a well-refrenced faculty.

The GACC is carried out as part of the partnership between the Portuguese Association of Contact Centres (APCC), and the Association of Customer Service Professionals (AproCS).
