The objective of this initiative is to contribute to the employment prospects of MBA students, whether it be through training and development in a series of skills aimed at employment, or whether it be giving students the opportunity to meet potential employers.
At the MBA career week, the objective is to effectively prepare students for the job market, and to put them in direct contact with headhunters from various sectors, and to provide them with tools which will give them a competitive advantage in future recruitment opportunities.

The presentation of this tool and the explanation of various psychological profiles of the participants in a series of group and individual activities.
The MBTI test is used for MBAs and other Executive Programmes for internationally acclaimed Business Schools (e.g.: INSEAD).
